Roxanne and Cathy are the best!  Our relationship started when we approached them about being "our realtors" for our business.  You see, we normally are called to sell 2-4 houses each year for clients that need our assistance and we need a team that will help us with whatever challenges come our way.  Since that initial conversation Roxanne and Cathy have helped us with two lots on the water and several homes.  We referred them to a friend, and they sold the home.  We referred them to our daughter and her husband.  They sold the home quickly and for a reasonable price.  Most recently we decided to sell our home and downsize to a smaller "retirement" home.  They were attentive in every conversation and helped us set the price so that it was reasonable, but in the end the house sold for the highest per square foot price ever received in our neighborhood.  Our home sold in a week, but we hadn't bought anything.  Their guidance and representation in the buying process helped us identify what we wanted, and their negotiating skills came through once again in getting a purchase price we had only hoped for.  Roxanne and Cathy are honest, savvy, and their knowledge of the market is tremendous.  They work hard and their attention to the details made us feel confident and cared for in the entire process.  We wholeheartedly recommend them.
